The humanist, honest, original and brilliant Aquarius , always carrying the flag of rebellion and change over the established and conventional, is represented by the white variety Macabeo that embodied the revolution of white wines in the seventies when it was extended throughout the Spanish territory.

Young white wine from Macabeo, grown on calcareous and high-altitude soils, gives the grape and the wine fresh fruit aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits, with an extraordinary capacity to mature over time, making it elegantly sophisticated. With balanced acidity, it transmits a certain robustness that gives it a persistent finish. - Elegantly bright to the eye; on the nose it displays tropical and refreshing floral aromas; it is well structured on the palate with splendid elegance.
- Made from hand-picked grapes fermented at low temperatures with their own yeasts. It has undergone a period of skin-contact maceration. It is bottled after filtering with cellulose. It does not contain derivatives of animal origin. Certified ORGANIC WINE by CAAE Spain.
