A bright and intense wine, with mauve tones, very well structured, noble and brave. This Syrah is direct and very remarkable among a group of wines. At no time does it go unnoticed among the others. - With bright and vivid mauve tones, it has a broad and deep aroma of red and black fruits with violets and something spicy, it is very well structured with well-covered and soft tannins that give it nobility.
- It comes from Mediterranean vineyards with clay-calcareous soils. It has been fermented in vats with its indigenous yeasts. The malolactic fermentation and maturation is done in clay vats. It does not contain derivatives of animal origin. Certified ORGANIC WINE by CAAE Spain.
- Serving temperature: between 14 and 16 °C
- Pairing: chicken or hen in pepitoria
